Returns & Refunds
Yes, you can return any product purchased directly from our website within 30 days of receipt.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact.
It must be in the same new condition as when you received it.

Warranty
All Edition 1 products have a 12-month manufacturer warranty against non-artificial defects.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects on the watch movement, case, and crystal.

Return shipping for warranty claims is paid by Mon Trésor Paris.

Yes, all our products are designed to be unisex.
Our Edition 1 Timepieces have a 40mm casing with adjustable and interchangeable leather straps. We will be introducing more products and sizes in the future.

Yes, you can clean your leather wallet/cardholder with a damp cloth and mild soap. Gently wipe the surface and avoid soaking the leather. Allow it to air dry completely before storing. For stubborn stains, consult a professional leather cleaner.
To ensure the longevity of your Mon Trésor leather goods, avoid exposing them to direct sunlight, excessive heat, or moisture. If they get wet, gently blot the moisture with a soft cloth and allow them to air dry naturally. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
Watch Features:
Our watches are designed for everyday wear and are water-resistant up to 3 ATM (30 meters).
They can withstand splashes and brief immersion in water, but are not suitable for swimming or diving.
Our watches utilise a precise quartz movement for accurate timekeeping and reliability.
The battery life in our watches typically lasts for 2-3 years. We recommend having the battery replaced by a qualified watchmaker to ensure proper function and water resistance.
